2. Booking a Recruitment or Public Notice Advertisement

If expenditure on any advertising campaign is likely to exceed $50,000, the campaign will require peer review and approval. Please see relevant sections on advertising approvals. 
NSW Government agencies must book recruitment and public notice advertisements via the online advertising booking system Connect2. Connect2 is an electronic advertising booking system and requires a username and password.
To obtain a personal login to Connect2 please email your request to Strategic Communications and attach a completed new user form. This process replaces both GA1 and GA2 procedures

From 1 October 2013, NSW Government agencies must book recruitment and public notice advertisements directly with Strategic Communications using a new Advertising Booking Form. The new booking process using the Advertising Booking Form is given in this workflow. Quotes are provided using the Advertising Cost Estimate Form.
